Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Prepare product specifications and proposals for main contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma, preferably in a construction-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, confident, target-oriented, and a good team player.
• Comfortable interacting with professionals, contractors, and site personnel.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Possess own vehicle (CashCard, ERP, petrol, and parking claims provided).
