Role Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Integration Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in the Workato iPaaS platform to design, build, and support scalable integrations and automation workflows across enterprise systems. This role combines technical execution with cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Workato recipes using triggers, conditional logic, callable recipes, loops, and data transformations.
• Implement integrations across SaaS, on‑premise, and cloud systems using standard and custom connectors.
• Develop and troubleshoot API integrations (REST/SOAP), including authentication (OAuth 2.0, API keys).
• Perform data mapping, transformation, error handling, and exception management.
• Manage integrations across Dev, Test, and Prod environments, including deployments, monitoring, and logging.
• Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability; implement retries, s, and fixes.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams and provide post‑deployment support.
  
  

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experince.
• Hands-on experience with Workato platform, building recipes at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong understanding of API integration concepts, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and authentication flows (OAuth2, Basic Auth, etc.).
• Ability to use scripting or formula logic to manage complex data manipulations within low-code environments.
• Good understanding of databases/datastores, data transformation, field mapping, and ETL principles.
• Familiarity with deployment lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, working effectively with both business and IT teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SnapLogic.
• Knowledge of connector SDKs and custom connector development.
• Exposure to enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, or microservices.
