Role Description & Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services (Java/Spring Boot) and frontend features (Angular), including RESTful API integrations
- Apply secure coding practices and identify/patch security vulnerabilities within the codebase
- Support application deployment and troubleshooting in Kubernetes (K8s) environments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for build, test, and deployment automation
- Maintain and monitor automated security scripts within the QA pipeline
- Integrate AI capabilities into platform services and assist with automation using Ansible
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of software development experience
- Hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot/microservices) and Angular (must)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and version control (Git) (must)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments (nice to have)
- Development practices aligned with ISO 27001 compliance; threat modeling awareness (nice to have)
- Experience using AI coding assistants and LLMs to support software development (nice to have)
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
