Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Copilot Technical Engineer to design, implement, administer,

and extend Microsoft Copilot solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess

strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot administration, AI agent development, Python programming,

and low-code automation using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will be responsible for

deploying secure AI-powered solutions, building custom agents and workflows, integrating

enterprise systems, and enabling business users to leverage generative AI effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot environments.

• Configure Copilot security, compliance, data governance, and access controls.

• Monitor Copilot adoption, usage metrics, and performance.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Build custom AI-powered workflows and automations for business processes.

• Develop and maintain agentic solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.

• Utilize AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools.

• Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot

Studio.

• Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure, and enterprise

applications.

• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and user enablement.

Required Qualifications:

Experience

• 3+ years Microsoft 365 administration experience.

• 2+ years Power Platform development experience.

• 2+ years Python development experience.

• Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise AI agents and copilots

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Copilot Administrator (required).

• Power Platform, Azure AI, or Microsoft 365 certifications preferred.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft 365 Copilot administration.

• Microsoft Copilot Studio development.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.

• Experience with Codex, Claude Code, and AI-assisted development tools.

• REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, Microsoft Graph API, Azure services.

• Power Platform development and administration.
