A typical day in this Role:

• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into robust engineering solutions
• Continuously monitor and improve data pipeline performance, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization
• Implement validation, monitoring, and documentation practices to maintain high data integrity and compliance with internal governance policies
• Investigate pipeline failures, data discrepancies, and system bottlenecks, ensuring minimal disruption to downstream users

Success will depend on:

• Proven ability to build scalable, efficient, and maintainable data pipelines using modern data stack technologies
• A proactive mindset in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to take initiative, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solutions from root cause to resolution
