Full Time GENERAL WORKER (CONSTRUCTION) Jobs, in Miclebina Properties Perak - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carry out general construction works as instructed by the Site Supervisor.
• Perform architectural works such as hacking, plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling installation, waterproofing, and repair works.
• Perform concreting works including site preparation and cleaning works.
• Handle material loading/unloading, housekeeping, and site cleaning activities.
• Follow work schedules, safety requirements, and site instructions at all times.
• Report any site issues, defects, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to read and write basic Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
• Understand basic construction work procedures and site discipline.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Experience in architectural and concreting works is an advantage.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and teamwork attitude.
• Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.

Pay: RM100.00 - RM150.00 per day
