Electronic Trading Support Engineer - Singapore - Tier-1 - Hedge Fund
My client is a leading global hedge fund, seeking an Electronic Trading Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for its electronic trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor trading applications and workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues across order flow, market data, and connectivity.
- Analyse logs and perform root-cause investigations.
- Read, understand, and debug Python scripts.
- Partner with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
- Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Trading Support.
- Strong Python knowledge with the ability to debug existing code.
- Linux/Unix and SQL experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial markets or electronic trading environments is advantageous.
