Creative Multimedia Designer Executive

The candidate shall be responsible for carrying out tasks related to creative design, marketing support, daily HQ operational management, and shall also function as part of the management support team through coordination, monitoring, and oversight of company-related tasks and activities.

These responsibilities are not necessarily performed on a daily basis and shall be carried out according to operational requirements, assigned tasks, project priorities, and business needs as determined by Management.

1. Creative & Design Responsibilities

  • Create visual materials including posters, carousels, banners, and videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Develop creative assets for TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopee campaigns. Design daily social media posts, stories, reels, and highlights. Develop visual concepts for product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns. Create visual templates, testimonial layouts, before-and-after content, and call-to-action (CTA) materials. Design WhatsApp broadcast and email marketing visuals. Prepare affiliate marketing banners and influencer kits. Design promotional website banners, pop-ups, and landing page visuals. Produce printed marketing materials and advertising collateral.

2. Video & Motion Graphics

  • Edit advertising videos and organic content. Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and logo animations. Edit UGC (User-Generated Content) and testimonial videos. Develop video storyboards and content flow according to marketing objectives. Prepare auto-synced captions and intro/outro templates. Organize and maintain editing files and project assets systematically.

3. Product Packaging & Label Design

  • Design product labels, packaging boxes, stickers, sleeves, and gift sets. Develop limited-edition packaging concepts. Prepare print-ready files (AI/PDF, CMYK, bleed, crop marks). Review proof samples and color accuracy prior to production. Create 3D packaging mockups. Update packaging artwork whenever product information changes.

4. Product Photography & Asset Management

  • Conduct product photography including flat-lay and lifestyle shoots. Set up basic lighting and photography props. Perform retouching, enhancements, and color correction. Resize and optimize images for different platforms. Organize and back up visual assets according to Company SOPs.

5. Brand Identity & Corporate Collateral

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines. Design corporate documents including letterheads, invoices, quotations, order forms, and purchase order forms. Create ID tags, business cards, lanyards, and signage. Design company profiles and sales presentation decks. Produce HR, recruitment, and training-related promotional materials. Design certificates, invitation cards, event passes, and booth backdrops. Create website hero banners, sliders, and call-to-action visuals. Prepare email signatures and staff welcome kits. Design wall branding for HQ and branch offices.

6. Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Participate in marketing campaign brainstorming sessions. Develop creative materials for all campaign phases, including teaser, launch, reminder, and closing stages. Create creatives for A/B testing purposes. Refresh and optimize creative assets based on advertising performance. Support affiliate and influencer marketing requirements. Prepare weekly creative performance reports.

7. Website & E-Commerce Visuals

  • Design homepage banners, sliders, and call-to-action visuals. Create landing page visual layouts. Prepare UI mockups for developers. Update and maintain visual content on e-commerce platforms. Design pop-up visuals, countdown graphics, and voucher-related materials.

8. Internal Design & HR Support

  • Design work schedules, staff notices, and information boards. Create HR-related templates and forms. Design internal event posters and banners. Prepare training manuals and presentation slides.

9. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Support HQ and overseas branches with visual and creative requirements. Liaise with printing vendors and event suppliers. Organize and maintain master design files (AI, PSD, PDF). Manage cloud storage, file sharing, and backup systems. Attend weekly meetings, briefings, and project discussions.

10. Trend & Skill Development

  • Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and digital design trends. Utilize AI tools, Canva Magic features, and mockup generators. Continuously improve typography, layout, and design skills. Enhance creative output based on campaign and advertising feedback. Participate in training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.

11. Event Booth & Exhibition Design

  • Develop exhibition booth concepts, themes, layouts, and color schemes. Create 3D booth mockups and visual presentations. Design backdrops, panels, counters, buntings, and booth stickers. Prepare flyers, mini catalogues, and QR code materials. Design screen visuals and presentation slideshows. Coordinate with booth vendors and ensure installation meets required specifications. Archive design files and measurements for future events.

12. Management Coordination & Operational Oversight

  • Coordinate daily information flow between HQ and branch offices to ensure smooth operations. Monitor team task progress and ensure deadlines are met. Review basic collection-related information and maintain data accuracy. Report daily operational updates and project status to Management. Coordinate communication flow between departments according to operational requirements. Attend management meetings for reporting, instructions, and operational updates. Take preliminary action and escalate concerns relating to sales, advertising performance, stock levels, or workflow issues when identified.

13. Business Management Unit – Integrated Role

  • Monitor basic advertising performance and communicate relevant insights to Management. Prepare daily and monthly lead generation, sales closing, and performance reports. Coordinate collection status updates with the sales team. Provide supporting information for sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns. Prepare training materials and product information for team alignment. Collect customer feedback and highlight key concerns to Management. Prepare basic expenditure overviews and supporting information for budgeting references. Provide early alerts to Management regarding potential performance, operational, or business risks.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
