Job Description:

  • Develop dashboards, storyboards, and prototypes with quick turnaround times using Tableau.
  • Perform data manipulation and preparation using tools such as Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep.
  • Write and optimize SQL code using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including business requirement gathering, solution validation, user testing, technical documentation, and production rollout.
  • Manage multiple workstreams while applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate and present insights effectively to stakeholders across varying levels of management.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, people, and products.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrix environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of relevant analytics experience and demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of data visualization concepts and advanced proficiency in Tableau.
  • Experience developing dashboard storyboards and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Tableau Prep.
  • Strong SQL skills, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Experience managing projects from requirements gathering through production rollout.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly driven, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Good time management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong academic record.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Python and data science libraries.
