Kerja Sepenuh Masa Planning Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Projek Teknologi 6D Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Develop work programme based on the BQ, Drawing and Contract by using Microsoft Project / Primavera P6
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Prepare construction program, mitigation plan, catch-up plan, extension of time and progress reporting.
• To liaise with the Project Manager, Construction Manager and operation team in planning, monitoring and updating the entire program of work.
• To assist Project Manager in planning and monitoring the progress of work at site.
• Updating the physical progress and liaise with project manager for forecast activity to achieve the target and advice construction manager on planning matters.
• Prepare the construction planning and other construction activities with clients and project management inputs.
• Be available to provide technical explanation to Project Management on suggested planning activities.
• Be available to provide project progress to client when requested.
• Preparation for application of Extension of Time (EOT) and related documents.
• Preparation of status of work program with power point presentation for monthly meeting with consultant and client.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Engineering.
• Must be able to operate Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 to develop work/project schedule.
• Must have experience in construction industry.
• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
