Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Studies or equivalent.

• Excellent in SAGE 50, UBS System, UBS Payroll, MSO

• Knowledgeable in Communication and Multimedia Act 1998, Evidence Act 1950

• 5 years in ICT and information management related functions, 3 years in manufacturing industry

Resonsibilities:

• Provide services to support implementation of effective measures in managing the ICT, information and knowledge aspects of the Company.

• Develop new system or improve current system on document profiling, indexing, labelling, registration, cataloguing, retrieval, retention and disposal covering both hard copies and soft copies for easy traceability, retrieval, sharing and complying to statutory requirement.

• Coordinate internal training on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, SAGE 50/UBS, Information Searching, Internet Surfing etc.

• Manage and maintain records and documents as prescribed in the Control of Documents and Control of Records procedures.

• Resolve all issues on documents and record control pertaining to external requirement.

• Ensure availability of soft copy information and documents to the right user at the right time.

• Share, control, manage and preserve information and documents on main server, remote access or cloud computing platform.

• Maintain and update company website.

• Participate and implement appropriate systems, procedures and control.
