  • Student Affairs and Admissions Intern

Position Summary

The Student Affairs and Admissions Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Student Affairs and Admissions Department in delivering an exceptional experience for prospective and current students and their families. The intern will gain practical exposure to student recruitment, admissions processes, student records management, and the coordination of student-related activities within an international school environment.

This internship offers an opportunity to develop professional skills in customer service, communication, administration, and educational operations while contributing to a positive and welcoming school community.

  • Database Management Intern (Digital Archiving)

Position Summary

The Database Management Intern will assist in the implementation and maintenance of the organization's digital archiving initiative by supporting the conversion of physical records into an organized electronic database. This internship provides hands-on experience in records management, data entry, document digitization, and database administration within a professional environment.

The intern will work closely with the administration team to ensure that records are accurately scanned, indexed, and stored to improve accessibility, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Content Creator & Video Editor Intern

Position Summary

The Content Creator & Video Editor Intern will support our school’s marketing and social media activities. The intern will assist in creating engaging visual content, editing videos, and helping promote school events, achievements, and activities across different digital platforms.

Working closely with the Marketing and Admissions team, the intern will help capture key moments from school events, student activities, academic programs, and extracurricular initiatives, transforming them into compelling visual stories that strengthen the school's brand and engagement with prospective and current families. The role provides hands-on experience in content creation, video production, graphic design, and digital marketing within an educational environment.

Duration:
3–6 months (flexible based on academic requirements)
