Job Descriptions:
- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project team for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Prepare site reports, work progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical or construction issues at site.
- Ensure project completion within timeline and quality requirements.
- Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination.
- Verify site measurements and work done by subcontractors.
- Ensure all site records and documentation are properly maintained.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
