Tanggungjawab
1. Work closely with the OM/ED to oversee daily business operations.
2. Responsible to assist OM/ED overall day to day operations of the HQ.
3. Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.
4. Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
5. Responsible to assist the OM/ED in the Document Control Operations, which include but not limited to recording, sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing documents
6. Responsible to assist the OM/ED in the overall administration functions of the department.
7. Responsible to ensure that all CITI SUPER filing & safekeeping of files operations activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
8. Responsible for process improvement and enhancement.
9. Maintaining office supply inventory; anticipating supply needs and managing supply order/procurement process.
10. Assist in preparation of internal and external memos and correspondence.
11. Assists in the coordinating of Store Operations realignments and troubleshooting issues.
12. Assist in preparation of admin budget.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.
14. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
15. Assisting OM/ED in monitoring Field Officer operations to ensure all standard established are adhered to.
16. Administers company policies and processes to control and maintain physical assets and monitors inventories, locations and maintenance status
Pay: RM2,001.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
