Full Time QA Engineer Jobs, in Datasonic Technologies Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure QA activities comply with ISO Management Systems (9001, 14001, 45001, 14298, 27001), adhere to testing standards (ICAO, ISO), and meet product requirements, including calibration processes
• Plan, lead, and monitor daily sessional QA task plans and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and manage timely closure of audit findings.
• Coordinate external audits and certification activities including document preparation and audit support.
• Oversee product and reliability testing (in-house and external labs) to ensure timely and accurate results.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.
• Review and maintain calibration activities, and take corrective actions if equipment is out of tolerance.
• Prepare, review, and submit quality-related reports and documentation according to standards.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions, and verify their effectiveness.
• Supervise and guide QA Technicians and Senior Technicians in task execution and problem-solving.
• Ensure effective use of test equipment and conformance to 5S and safety practices in the QA lab.
• Collaborate with other departments and external parties to support project or audit needs.
• Support department KPI tracking and ensure readiness for customer or third-party requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Degree in any science discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or ISO-certified environment
• Computer & Microsoft Office literature.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and result-oriented with minimum supervision.
• Able work as team player.
• General knowledge in ISO9001 requirement.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
