Full Time Facility Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in KINERGY ADVANCEMENT BERHAD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and mechanical systems.
• Track attendance, shift handover and deployment of technicians and chargeman.
• Arrange technician and chargeman manpower based on daily operations and workload demands.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure PM tasks are carried out as per schedule.
• Manage spare parts inventory by planning, tracking and restocking.
• Monitor and track breakdown maintenance, manual update and record data for breakdown frequency analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, servicing and inspections.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, fire safety codes and environmental standards.
• Support audits, drills and local authority inspection.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and certifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors under project management.
• Coordinate the subordinate on the daily, weekly and monthly inspection and service on the electrical system, water pumps, Fire protection systems, ACMV system and all other facility equipment, including the common area and office area.
• Attend the weekly and monthly meetings organised by the Facility Manager or the Plant Head.
• Assist in leading and coordinating in performing test run for standby Genset units.
• Liase with Contractors in scheduling on the Preventive or Corrective maintenance works
• Compile and verify all the Maintenance Report issued by the Contractor regarding the Preventive or Corrective maintenance works
• Track, monitor and manage all the spare parts and components related to the facility equipments.
• To respond and attend to all breakdown complaints regarding facilities or the scope listed above and report the status to the Supervisor accordingly.
• To troubleshoot or perform necessary installation and replacement works that is within the Engineer’s capabilities and qualifications.
• Managing the subordinate on attendance, monthly claims, and work schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in facility maintenance, building management, property maintenance, or a related engineering environment.
• Basic knowledge of building services systems, including electrical, HVAC/ACMV, plumbing, fire protection systems, water pumps, and standby generators.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting of facility equipment.
• Experience in coordinating contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, local authority requirements, and facility management best practices.
• Ability to prepare maintenance reports, maintain records, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Possession of a Chargeman Certificate issued by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and respond effectively to operational and maintenance issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
