• Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Monitor sales, productivity, and operational performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, cost control, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Supervise inventory, purchasing, suppliers, and stock management to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate managers and staff performance.
• Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, sales targets, and operational policies.
• Conduct regular outlet audits, staff meetings, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer service issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive working environment.
• Coordinate with outlet managers on operational matters and business improvements.
• Manage reservations, special events, and private functions where required.
• Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media and advertising campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of reports, compliance records, staff performance, and meeting minutes.
• Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
