Role Overview
As a Mobie VAS Executive, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners throughout the lifecycle of mobile value-added services (VAS), from service ideation and integration to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the mobile content and digital services industry while working closely with regional partners and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis on mobile Value-Added Services (VAS), digital content, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile operators, aggregators, and business partners.
- Communicate with partners regarding proposed services, gather feedback, and provide timely solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare service flow documentation and business proposals for partner presentations.
- Coordinate closely with internal Creative, Product, and Technical teams to support successful service implementation and launch.
- Monitor service performance, revenue trends, and business opportunities after launch.
- Support business development initiatives and identify potential growth opportunities within assigned markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
