Scope of Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily operations of the store run smoothly and in accordance with the company's established SOPs.
- Manage, monitor, and supervise staff attendance, discipline, performance, and work ethics.
- Ensure all cakes, desserts, and bakery products meet the company's quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products, ensuring proper stock arrangement and storage procedures are followed.
- Assist with baking, cake decoration, and the preparation of other products whenever required to support smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled accurately.
- Ensure all sales transactions are recorded accurately and properly in the company's system.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives to support business growth.
- Prepare daily or weekly operational reports, including sales performance, inventory status, and staff performance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time and be flexible in supporting the overall needs of the business operations.
REQUIREMENT :
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the bakery industry.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
