Short Job Summary

Support the daily operations of grain receiving, storage, inventory control, and grain transfer activities. Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant grain storage operations while maintaining product quality and inventory accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating grain receiving activities during vessel arrivals.
• Monitor grain storage and transfer operations to ensure smooth movement to production plants and customers.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and daily operational activities.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and quality control of grains.
• Monitor grain inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate fumigation and pest control activities to maintain grain quality and food safety standards.
• Work closely with the Engineering team on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement projects.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, Food Safety Management System (FSMS), ISO requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in warehouse operations, storage facilities, manufacturing, logistics, bulk material handling, grain storage, or a related industry is an added advantage.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
