JUNIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 6.30 PM

Work Location: Klang, Selangor

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Executive to support daily online sales operations, manage product listings, and assist in e-commerce platform growth across multiple marketplaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website

• Handle online order processing, tracking, and fulfilment coordination

• Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales activities

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/operations team

• Respond to basic customer inquiries related to online purchases

• Assist in content uploading, product descriptions, and basic visual updates

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports

• Support livestream or online selling activities if required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Interest in digital marketing, online selling, and social commerce

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible, willing to learn, and detail-oriented

• Good communication and teamwork skills
