Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain accurate inventory data across all systems and branches
- Monitor stock movement, variances, and discrepancies
2. Data Analysis & Control
- Analyse inventory trends, stock turnover, and ageing reports
- Identify slow-moving, excess, or at-risk stock and highlight issues
- Support stock count exercises and variance investigation
3. System & Data Maintenance
- Ensure proper data entry and updates in inventory management systems
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in system improvement and reporting automation where possible
4. Coordination & Support
- Work with branch operations, procurement, and finance teams on stock-related matters
- Support audit requirements and compliance checks related to inventory
- Assist in SOP compliance for inventory handling and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, MIS, or retail operations (grocery/FMCG preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets and reporting deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
