About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin Assistant to support our warehouse and logistic operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and provides opportunities to develop skills in both administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments and order processing are completed accurately and on time according to customer KPIs.
- Monitor and complete all customer-related administrative tasks within the required timelines, including document handling and email communication.
- Prepare and issue Discrepancy Damage Reports (DDR) to inform customers of any shipment discrepancies.
- Prepare replenishment request, coordinate with operations team, and ensure system updates are accurate and timely.
- Assist in cycle counts and internal stock based on customer requests.
- Perform Value-Added Services (VAS) according to customer requirements and follow up with operations if needed.
- Maintain proper filling and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in warehouse audits related to administrative and operational matters.
- Perform ny additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a secondary or Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse, logistic, or supply chain operations.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to work during public holiday or weekend under customer request.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Bukit Raja, Klang or Section 33, Shah Alam.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
