Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist the Sourcing Manager in daily sourcing activities.
• Assist to compile and summarize the supplier's submissions such as supplier's quotations and price comparison.
• Responsible to follow up with suppliers on quotations, RFS tracking (Trading), technical clarifications or required documentations.
• Assist to maintain the RFS tracking report (Trading only).
• Assist to maintain and update supplier records, database, and filling system in the One Drive systems.
• Support in vendor registration and necessary forms completion process.
• Handle correspondence, emails for sourcing activities.
• Assist to monitor and update the Assets (Fixed Assets and Assets Operations) reports.
• Responsible to assist the Sourcing Manager to do audit finding for Assets Operation in other regions.
• Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Sourcing Manager or Static Operation team.
• Prepare monthly report (Trading tracking)- numbers of RFS issues, numbers of RFS submitted to client, decline or etc.
• As a minute taker for any internal meeting- as assigned by Static Operation team.
• Compliance with regulations -to ensure all transactions meet audit and regulatory requirement.
• Adaptability and Initiative - being proactive to follow up without being told, anticipating issues and adjusting to urgent tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Has relevant work experience in administrative or sourcing
