We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join us as Management Trainees. This programme is designed for candidates who are eager to build a strong foundation in business operations, finance, strategy and corporate management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance and business, with the ability to analyse information, understand commercial priorities and support decision-making across departments. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting ideas and the ability to work effectively with people at different levels of the organisation.

As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to key business functions, participate in projects, assist in financial and operational analysis, support management reporting and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members and gain practical experience in how business decisions are made and executed.

We are seeking candidates who are analytical, proactive, adaptable and willing to learn. This role is suitable for individuals who want to grow into future leadership or specialist roles within the organisation.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
