Tanggungjawab
1. Client & External Communication
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Engage with clients to understand project scope, objectives, and detailed requirements
Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams
Provide regular updates and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction
2. Internal Coordination
Liaise closely with designers and developers to communicate project requirements
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
Facilitate smooth communication between departments to avoid delays or misunderstandings
3. Project Management & Timeline Control
Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery
Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions
Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as scheduled
4. Quality Assurance
Ensure all deliverables meet company and client quality standards
Review outputs before submission to clients
Coordinate revisions and improvements where necessary
5. Business Development & Outreach
Proactively reach out to target audiences to generate new business opportunities
Support sales initiatives, presentations, and proposals
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Good understanding of project workflows (design & development processes is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
