Tanggungjawab

Human Resources (HR)

  • Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR activities and staff engagement programs.

Accounts

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
  • Support monthly financial reporting and documentation.

Administration

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchases.
  • Organize and file company documents and records.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials.
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle other duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
