1. Billing Processing

• Timely preparation of invoice and ensure accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all receipts are applied promptly and accurately to customer accounts.

2. Credit Risk Assessment

• Analyze customers' creditworthiness and financial stability.
• Maintain credit policies and procedures.

3. Accounts Management

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts.
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments and outstanding balances.

4. Collections

• Implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate with clients regarding payment terms, outstanding invoices, and payment discrepancies
• Implement best practices for managing receivables and reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Regular update on credit control report to management, including aging reports and collection performance.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve any payment disputes or issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit transactions.

6. Handle full set of accounts

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounts Receivable (AR): 1 year (Required)
