Job Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers at Mydin, AEON Big, Caring Group Pharmacy, Healthlane Pharmacy, Alpro Pharmacy, and AA Pharmacy.
• Act as the main point of contact for all commercial discussions, promotions, and issue resolution.

Business Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement customer business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Negotiate listings, trade terms, and promotional activities to maximize visibility and sales.
• Ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising standards.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and promotional ROI.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and address gaps.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with supply chain, trade marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with field sales teams and merchandisers to drive execution at the store level.

Multitasking & Ownership:

• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Take full ownership of account performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
