Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab:

• Oversee daily food operations, including food preparation, storage, and dining areas, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. 
• Provide consistent, efficient, and friendly customer service, handling complaints directly when necessary. 
• Assist in managing day-to-day event service operations under the manager’s guidance, maintaining brand standards and achieving profitability. 
• Ensure effective stock rotation and maintain inventory levels according to company policies, including equipment storage and usage. 
• Follow food and beverage control procedures at all times. 
• Monitor and maintain food quality, cooking procedures, hygiene, and sanitation standards. 
• Update checklists and weekly inventory records accurately. 
• Ensure optimal cleanliness in all areas. 
• Maintain proper documentation and departmental compliance with standards. 
• Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times. 
• Promote high performance, behavior, and professional appearance among staff. 
• Deliver high-quality service that exceeds guest expectations through leading by example.
