We are looking for a Junior Project Manager in Singapore to support our client which is a leading global investment bank. This role combines project delivery, PMO governance, analytics, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of projects, while leveraging data, reporting, and AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Partner with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to define project scope, coordinate activities, resolve issues, manage change requests, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring timely follow-up of actions, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Maintain PMO standards, governance frameworks, project documentation, and reporting processes across the project portfolio.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
- Leverage analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve project tracking, forecasting, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
- Monitor project KPIs, identify deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions to support successful project outcomes.
- Capture lessons learned, best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen project delivery capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, or related roles.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders, and project reporting activities.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital productivity tools is advantageous.
