Basic information:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Basic UP $2,800
• Location: East
• AWB + PB

Job scope:

• Review and verify shipping and operational documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Confirm customer shipping requirements and coordinate the appropriate shipment mode.
• Generate sales orders, billing documents, and supporting paperwork accurately within the ERP system.
• Maintain and update shipment records in Excel and communicate relevant information to the operations team.
• Reconcile packing lists against shipment management system (SMS) records to ensure data accuracy.
• Process ERP transactions including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and inventory transfers.
• Perform regular cycle count activities and update inventory records in the ERP system.
• Liaise with customers via email, phone, and online communication platforms to address operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Support supervisors and management with ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
