Salary Package: Basic Up to $3500 + AWS + Bonus

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Days & Hour: 5 days work week ; 8am - 5.30pm




Key Responsible:

Manage daily administrative duties, including documentation, filing, and data entry.

Coordinate and arrange workers' deployment and scheduling for project sites.

Monitor manpower allocation to ensure sufficient workforce at each site.

Arrange and coordinate training courses, certifications, and renewals for workers.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and training documentation.

Liaise with site supervisors, workers, and external training providers regarding workforce arrangements.

Prepare reports and support management with administrative tasks as required.




Key Requirement:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or coordination roles.

Entry level are welcome.
