Job Title: Network OperationsEngineer (L2)
Monthly Salary: $6,000 – $8,500 SGD
Location: Singapore (Follow-the-sun rotation)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Dynatrace
• Triage and resolve network incidents (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Implement network changes following change management process
• Troubleshoot routing and switching issues (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP)
• Manage wireless network including APs, controllers, and client connectivity
• Respond to network monitoring alerts and perform first-level diagnosis
• Escalate complex issues to L3 network engineers with detailed documentation
• Maintain network device inventory and configuration backups
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Assist in network capacity planning and performance reporting
• Perform routine network maintenance and firmware upgrades
• Update network diagrams and documentation

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations
• CCNA certification required
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, and Meraki
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting methodology
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• ITIL awareness for incident and change management
• Strong communication skills for user and vendor interaction
• Willingness to work shift rotations including weekends if needed
