About the role

Kai Academy Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated A Level Tutor to join our team. This full-time role is based in the Jurong Gateway West Region (other regions also possible) and will involve providing high-quality tuition to students preparing for their A Level examinations.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering engaging and effective A Level tutoring sessions to small groups of students
• Designing and implementing customised lesson plans to address the unique learning needs of each student
• Providing regular feedback and progress updates to students and their parents
• Collaborating with the wider education team to continuously improve the quality of the tutoring programme
• Staying up-to-date with the latest A Level curriculum and examination requirements
• Contributing to the overall growth and development of the Kai Academy Pte Ltd brand

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject area (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics)
• At least 1 year of experience in providing A Level tutoring or teaching
• Strong subject matter expertise and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and their families
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
