Job Description 

Position: Technical Operations Executive 

Job Purpose 

The Technical Operations Executive is responsible for executing inventory management, order fulfilment, and basic technical support activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and services. This role serves as the execution backbone of operations, supporting stock control, packing, shipment readiness, and coordination with both the Operations and Engineering teams in a lean organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

Inventory Management

a.     Execute daily stock-in and stock-out activities in accordance with company procedures 

b.     Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems 

c.     Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies 

d.     Ensure proper labelling, storage, and stock organization 

e.     Support inventory visibility for operational planning 

Order Fulfilment & Packing 

a.     Perform picking, packing / repacking of products prior to shipment 

b.     Ensure all items are correctly prepared according to order requirements 

c.     Verify product quantity, condition, and documentation before dispatch 

d.     Maintain packing quality and consistency 

Shipment Preparation & Delivery Support 

a.     Prepare shipment items for dispatch (local and international) 

b.     Coordinate with Sales Operations for shipment readiness 

c.     Assist in urgent delivery preparation and execution 

d.     Ensure completeness of shipment-related documentation (DO, packing list, etc.) 

Technical & Engineering Support

a.     Assist engineers with basic installation, servicing, and troubleshooting preparation Prepare tools, spare parts, and materials required for service jobs 

b.     Support on-site or remote job readiness where required 

c.     Acquire working knowledge of products for basic technical assistance 

Key Competencies

1. Basic inventory and warehouse handling knowledge
2. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and technical materials (training provided)
3. Understanding of stock tracking and documentation
4. Microsoft Excel / basic system usage
5. Hands-on and willing to perform physical tasks
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Responsible and reliable in execution
8. Able to work independently and as part of a team
9. Good communication and coordination skills
