Warehouse & Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant

Role Summary
The Warehouse & Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant is responsible for receiving inventory, organizing stock, picking and packing ecommerce orders, replenishing retail inventory, and ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
This role plays a critical part in supporting our ecommerce and retail operations across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Order Fulfillment
- Pick products according to customer orders.
- Pack orders accurately and professionally.
- Prepare orders for courier collection.
- Print shipping labels and airway bills.
- Ensure same-day processing of orders where possible.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming stock deliveries.
- Conduct stock counting and verification.
- Store products according to warehouse organization standards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Assist in monthly stock takes.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels.
- Report low inventory to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Identify damaged or expired products.
Retail Support
- Replenish retail shelves when required.
- Prepare stock transfers between warehouse and store.
- Assist during promotional events and product launches.
General Operations
- Maintain packing materials inventory.
- Assist with warehouse organization projects.
- Support logistics and delivery coordination.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Experience
- Prior warehouse, logistics, retail, or ecommerce experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong work ethic may apply.
Skills
- Detail-oriented.
- Physically fit and able to lift cartons.
- Basic computer literacy.
