Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seri Kembangan for a Personal Assistant at Vetrilabz Sdn Bhd. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating the schedule and appointments of executives, and ensuring effective communication on their behalf. They will also handle clerical work and assist in maintaining organized records to support the smooth operation of the business.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions
• Experience with Diary Management and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Well-honed Clerical Skills including managing files, arranging meetings, and drafting correspondence
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to responsibilities
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
