We’re hiring: Senior Client Servicing / Senior Key Account Manager

Ara Iruda is looking for a Senior Client Servicing / Senior Key Account Manager who understands that client work is not just about following up.
It is about protecting the direction of the work.
We are a branding and creative direction agency built for brands, founders, and organisations with visions that refuse to shrink. Our role is to bring structure before output, sharpen decisions before execution, and make sure ideas move into the world with clarity, precision, and weight.
This role is for someone who has worked inside an agency environment and understands the real nature of creative work: unclear briefs, shifting expectations, tight timelines, multiple stakeholders, internal pressure, client pressure, and the responsibility to keep the work strong until the final approval.
This is not a general account management role.
We are looking for someone who can lead client relationships, manage expectations, grow accounts, and review work carefully before it reaches clients or stakeholders.
You will be the person who keeps the account moving without allowing the work to become ordinary.
What you will own
You will manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main bridge between clients, internal creative teams, production teams, and Ara Iruda’s leadership.

We are looking for someone mature, sharp, structured, and commercially aware.
Someone who can speak to clients with confidence, follow up without being chased, and hold internal teams accountable without creating unnecessary noise.
You should be able to manage pressure, read the room, ask better questions, and know when something is not ready to be submitted.
While you do not need to be a designer, you must be able to understand client objectives, interpret briefs accurately, and work closely with strategy and creative teams to develop and present well-considered directions for client approval. You should have a strong understanding of branding, creative work, agency workflow, and know how to evaluate whether a piece of work is truly ready to move forward.

Compensation
Salary will be benchmarked based on agency experience, client-servicing maturity, and account growth capability.
Indicative range: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month.
Important
Applications without agency, branding, marketing, advertising, digital, or creative client-servicing experience may not be suitable for this role.
