Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the company and major responsibilities.
2. Perform weekly and monthly checks, compiling and maintaining records of transactions.
3. Managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies.
4. Answer calls and reply to emails regarding general matters.
5. Comparing Purchase Order from the supplier and prepare of the Quotation.
6. Making of applications, daily reports, forms, etc in MS Word & Excel.
7. Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.
Requirements
1. At least 3 years of related experience.
2. Good communication skills, independent & self-motivated.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
