Job Responsibilities

• Update and maintain wall charts, block charts, and project tracking records for project monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Manage, distribute, and coordinate all revision drawings (DWG) and ensure the latest approved drawings are issued to relevant departments and site personnel.
• Carry out quantity take-off and material estimation for cast-in items and other construction materials as required.
• Coordinate and monitor site progress, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, including reports, drawings, correspondence, method statements, inspection records, and material submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on technical and project-related matters.
• Maintain proper document control and filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and company procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in the construction, precast, or engineering industry. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work in Layang-layang / Sedenak

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
