Job Purpose

Conduct business interviews, manage client relationships, coordinate content production, and increase client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Conduct online and physical interviews.
• Prepare interview questions and content briefs.
• Coordinate with content writers, photographers, and videographers.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Upsell additional Malayzn Beat services.
• Follow up after publication.
• Generate testimonials and referrals. KPI
