Role Overview
As a Retail Content Creator & Livestream Host, you will be responsible for driving kiosk sales, providing excellent customer service, creating daily social media content, and hosting livestreams during non-peak hours.
You will become the face of HYGR at our kiosk while helping us grow our online presence through authentic retail content.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome and engage customers proactively.
- Recommend suitable HYGR products based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate products and explain key benefits confidently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences.
Content Creation
During low customer traffic periods:
- Create 3–5 TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form videos daily.
- Participate as on-camera talent when required.
- Film product demonstrations, customer interactions, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Follow content briefs provided by the marketing team.
- Capture and submit raw content daily.
- Stay updated with TikTok and social media trends.
Livestream Hosting
- Host livestream sessions during non-peak hours.
- Introduce products and promotions confidently.
- Answer customer questions during livestreams.
- Encourage viewers to purchase products.
- Assist in planning livestream content and promotions.
Kiosk Operations
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure testers and displays are well stocked.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all products and promotional materials are displayed correctly.
Community Engagement
- Encourage customers to follow HYGR's social media channels.
- Promote membership programs and ongoing campaigns.
- Gather customer feedback and insights.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams.
- Active user of TikTok, Instagram, or Xiaohongshu.
- Basic content creation or video editing skills are an advantage.
- Sales, retail, promoter, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, personal care, or lifestyle products.
