Admin Engineering Opportunity at TCS Controls Marketing Department!

About TCS Controls:
TCS Controls is a leading provider of advanced security solutions, specializing in CCTV, Door Access, and Barrier Gates. We are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Pre-sales Administrator to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Your New Role:
In this role, you will provide administrative pre-sales support with a technical focus, working closely with our technical, sales and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone with an understanding of technical concepts who is eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

  • Go to customer office/site meeting or inspection.
  • Understand customer need, create quotation.
  • Communicate to customer/supplier.
  • Manage stock, including inventory tracking and restocking as needed.
  • Key in supplier invoices and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle staff-related administrative tasks such as attendance management, enforcing company policies, and processing claims.
  • Provide administrative support for technical projects and teams.
  • Coordinate with technical personnel to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Assist in managing project documentation, schedules, and technical inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with both the technical team and clients regarding project status.
  • Prepare and maintain records of technical activities and reports.
  • Support technical staff by facilitating meetings, managing documentation, assisting in logistics, and handling general HR-related administration for the team.
  • Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, Electrical, IT or related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams.
  • Ability to understand technical terminology and concepts to assist in effective communication.
