Sepenuh Masa Program Manager (Plastic Manufacturing) Jobs, salary up to MYR 15,000 in Eps Ventures Sdn Bhd Ulu Tiram - Maukerja

1. Project Management

• Lead new product development (NPI) projects.
• Create project timelines and monitor milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.

2. Customer Liaison

• Act as the main contact point between customers and internal departments.
• Attend customer meetings and provide project status updates.
• Handle customer concerns, engineering changes, and delivery expectations.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with:

• Tooling Department
• Engineering Department
• Production Department
• Quality Department
• Purchasing Department
• Supply Chain Department

to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Tooling & Mould Development

• Monitor mould fabrication progress.
• Coordinate mould trials (T0, T1, T2, etc.).
• Track tooling issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure mould readiness before production launch.

5. New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Coordinate sample builds and qualification runs.
• Ensure PPAP, FAI, validation, and customer approval activities are completed.
• Manage engineering changes (ECN/ECO).

6. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks that may affect cost, quality, or delivery.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.

7. Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project costs.
• Track tooling investment and project profitability.
• Support quotation reviews and cost reduction initiatives.

8. Production Launch Support

• Ensure all departments are ready for mass production.
• Coordinate ramp-up activities.
• Monitor initial production performance and customer feedback.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
