Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Contract Manager located in Nilai. The Contract Manager will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts with various stakeholders. Key tasks include reviewing contract terms, ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving contractual disputes, and providing strategic advice during contract execution. The role also involves maintaining contract documentation, monitoring deadlines, and liaising with legal and procurement teams to align contracts with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management
• Strong knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to contracts
• Experience in procurement and vendor management
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in relevant software tools for contract management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Previous experience in contract management within a corporate or legal environment preferred
