Job Description

• Working Location: West Coast
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative and office support tasks.
• Assist with recruitment, work passes, staff onboarding, attendance records, training, and orientation.
• Manage office supplies, facilities, visitor reception, and guest services.
• Coordinate meetings, internal events, and company communications.
• Handle travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visas (if needed).

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and office administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
