Job Description:

Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation;

· Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design development & detailing;

· To assist Project Manager for site M&E services planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections;

· To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule;

· To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval;

· To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices;

Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent

· Min 5 years experience in Residential/Industrial/Commercial and/or Institutional project.

Self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal & communication skills
