Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office operations.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Assist in tender and proposal document preparation, compilation, and submission.
- Maintain proper filing, document control, and record management systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, government agencies, and internal departments.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, and vendor follow-up.
- Apply for, monitor, and renew company licenses, registrations, permits, and certifications (e.g. CIDB, MOF, PETRONAS, SSM, and other statutory requirements).
- Prepare and process monthly manpower payroll, attendance records, overtime claims, and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and support HR administrative functions.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Support management in administrative, operational, and project-related matters as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in tender administration, procurement, payroll processing, or engineering/construction industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of statutory registrations and license renewals will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
