Strategy Manager (Corporate Development | Infrastructure Platform)

A regional platform is looking to hire a commercially focused professional to support strategic growth initiatives, business expansion opportunities, investment analysis, and executive level planning activities across Asia. This position will work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct commercial assessments on new markets, industry trends, and growth opportunities across the region
• Support strategic planning, business analysis, and investment evaluation activities
• Assist with partnerships, expansion initiatives, and transaction related workstreams including due diligence and commercial reviews
• Prepare presentations, strategic papers, and management materials for leadership and shareholder discussions
• Build financial and commercial analyses to support investment and capital allocation decisions
• Engage with advisors, lenders, and external stakeholders to maintain awareness of market and financing developments
• Support cross functional projects focused on operational improvement, reporting, and business transformation initiatives
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic and commercial projects alongside senior leadership teams

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience gained within consulting, investments, corporate finance, infrastructure, banking, strategy, or a commercial project based environment
• Strong commercial thinking with the ability to assess business opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Comfortable working with financial analysis, valuation concepts, and investment related materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a lean and fast paced setup
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
